Purchase Info, Returns and Shipments.

The pieces of Artedicuori are all unique pieces.

The real hearts are sold at a price that includes packaging and shipping with insured mail.
The price paid does not include the cost of any refund that remains the responsibility of the buyer.

The tables, mirrors and boxes have a price indicated that does not include packaging and shipping. If you are interested in buying, please contact us by e-mail (info@artedicuori.it) to arrange delivery and related costs.

It is possible to pay by credit card or PayPal.

Hearts will be sent by us via Postal Service with insured mail to the address you indicate and will be invoiced by The Nardi Organization S.r.l. Shipping costs are totally at our expense.

In case the product is not to your liking you must inform us within 14 days from the delivery by writing to artedicuori@gmail.com.

We will reply to inform you that the return is accepted
So you will have to provide for the return sending it to The Nardi Organization S.r.l., viale Scarampo 41, 20148 Milan, using the same packaging or similar and with the same system used for delivery: Insured Mail.

If the Heart should return damaged due to a different shipment, we will not be able to proceed with the return of the sum you have paid for the purchase.

The return costs will be entirely at your expense. We will return the amount you have paid with the method used for payment.

It will be possible to collect (or return) the product purchased at Ivrea (address) and Milan (address) agreeing the date and time of collection. To this end, send an email to info@artedicuori.it. We will contact you. In the case of a direct delivery, the right of return is lost, of course.
